Synergy Dental Lab (SDL) is established on the mission statement of helping to grow the practices and the personal retirement funds of our client dentists. The most unique feature of Synergy Dental Lab is that the client dentists may purchase membership shares in the lab and become “co-owners”. Thus, the dental practice’s business expense of laboratory fees becomes an ASSET. Converting liabilities to assets is a sound business principle. Synergy Dental Lab has structured the ownership of membership shares for maximum profitability and minimal income tax consequences. Through our proprietary corporate operating agreement, doctors may own their membership shares in their IRA, instead of owning the membership shares personally. Thus, all profits derived from the ownership stake in the lab accrue as pre-tax investment. The Lab
The production and technician side of the Synergy Dental Lab is a consortium of establish, midsize domestic labs that can provide our clients with a full spectrum of laboratory techniques, technology, and services. We adhere to strict quality control and have established an elaborate customer feedback protocol so that doctor preferences are honored and maintained. We are confident that we can meet or exceed each doctor’s clinical demands. Our current clients include doctors who are continuous students of: the Pankey Institute, Las Vegas Institute, the Seatle Study Club, etc. Our doctors are leaders in organized dentistry and clinical research.
