During the 60 day trial period, we are willing to escrow the potential profits on all the cases you choose to submit, as if you were already a co-owner. At the end of the trial period, these escrowed dollars may be applied toward your initial investment. The more cases you send during this 60 day trial period, the more money you will accrue as a credit toward your investment. |
We recognize that trying out a new lab is filled with uncertainty and a certain amount of stress. Rest assured that we want to make this as stress-free as possible. Although this is a trial period, we need you to indicate the level of membership you are considering. Membership is available at two different levels: Standard and Premium. The membership fee is the same for both levels, but the lab fee schedule, and the profit potential, varies. The Standard Membership offers a 10% profit return; the Premium Membership offers a 15% profit return. Please mark your membership level interest on the prescription form.
