FIXED PROSTHODONTICS
Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal
Conventional porcelain is fused to semi-precious, white or yellow high noble gold. It is an ideal restoration for your most demanding patients. We carefully design each coping and framework to provide superb fit, high strength, and complete marginal seal. Our porcelain-fused-to-metal system has been designed to achieve optimal esthetic results. The entire system, from the opaques through the dentins and natural enamels, imparts the vitality of natural teeth.
Gold
Gold has been valued for its use in dentistry since the time of the Ancient Egyptians. Safe, durable, and malleable; no other material can offer all the outstanding qualities that gold combines. Dentists continue to offer this time honored and popular restoration. Our gold crowns are fabricated from a high-quality noble alloy and are guaranteed for the life of the patient.
Zirconium and All Porcelain Systems
IPS Empress
The crystal formation within the IPS Empress material enables optimal light reflection and refraction that closely emulates that of natural dentition. The opalescence exhibits chameleon properties, allowing placement of supragingval margins that blend into the surrounding tooth structure. Empress is ideal for veneers, inlays, onlays and single unit crowns.
Lava™ Crowns and Bridges
Lava™ presents an innovative CAD/CAM technology for all-ceramic crowns and bridges on a zirconia base. Zirconia is a high-tech ceramic material that is characterized by its outstanding stability and biocompatibility, as well as strength levels significantly higher than other all-ceramic materials. In addition to strength, Lava all-ceramic restorations display excellent esthetics and precise fit characteristics.
Zeno™
Zeno truly sets itself apart from the rest of the CAD/CAM systems being offered today. It has the ability to mill up to 14 unit zirconia bridges making it one of a kind. Clinicians can now comfortably prescribe metal-free full mouth reconstruction cases with the same strength as a high noble alloy.
Everest™
KaVo Everest offers the industry's finest finish and razor sharp margins—resulting in precise fits. KaVo utilizes an optical scan of dies to mill zirconia copings, all porcelain units, and titanium crowns/copings. It’s precise, five-axis milling sets it apart in the crowded world of CAD/CAM technology.
Procera Alumina
The Procera AllCeram system utilizes CAD/CAM technology to mill high strength aluminous oxide copings. Procera was the first CAD/CAM system to offer clinicians a metal-free, fully cementable restoration. Introduced in 1997, Procera has enjoyed a proven history of beautifully aesthetics restorations.
Procera Zirconia
Keep the beauty while increasing the strength. Procera now offers a zirconia substructure that increases the strength of the original AllCeram. Procera Zirconia now allows clinicians to place posterior metal-free restorations with confidence and ease.
Cerec inLab®
Cerec inLab® copings provide strong and aesthetic results through their clinically proven Cerec® and VITA In-Ceram® technologies. Crown and bridge copings are milled out of a single solid block of VITA In-Ceram® material. Precise software design is able to accurately set margins, coping thickness and procelain support. When layered with complimentary porcelains, the end result is a beautiful and durable restoration.
In-Ceram™ crown and bridge
An In-Ceram crown is made of extremely dense-sintered aluminum oxide. The flexural strength was measured to be 350-700 Mpa range while maintaining the highest degree of translucency. The strength in the core material is such that InCeram core can be used for prosthetic reconstruction anywhere in the mouth. In-Ceram can be used to construct multi-unit bridges anywhere in the mouth. There are three variations to the system. InCeram Spinell, InCeram Alumina and now In-Ceram Zirconia. With its types of materials, VITA In-Ceram is as individual as your tasks.
Captek™ crown and bridge
Captek™ crown and bridge technology combines the beauty of high noble yellow gold with a platinum/palladium matrix. The resulting coping employs capillary attraction to bond with the porcelain for strength. Captek™ eliminates gray margins, has a superior fit and is adaptable to almost any preparation. Its lifelike aesthetics and plaque inhibiting characteristics make Captek™ an excellent alternative to conventional crown and bridge.

Composite Restorations
Cristobal®+ Wear Beyond Compare™
Combining physical properties that exceed most other materials, Cristobal®+ offers long-term in vivo performance with proven clinical results. The triple bonding mechanism of the Cristobal®+ system to metal affords a remarkably strong restoration. Cristobal®+ is a highly fracture-resistant, shock-absorbing material with ideal rebound properties. Its barium borosilicate glass filler has excellent cohesion to the matrix, due to a unique silanization process. BisGMA resin is used for its elastic memory and exceptional resilience and resistance to damage.
belleGlass NG System
The "next generation" of indirect composites, belleGlass NG, incorporates advanced nano-particle and submicron filler technology, creating the most significant development in composites in the last ten years, surpassing previous belleGlass benchmarks and setting new industry standards for polish, shine and wear. Developed by the same team of chemists and researchers who created Herculite, Prodigy and Point 4, today’s standards for high quality direct composite materials. The opalescent appearance more closely characterizes natural enamel like no other composite based material. belleGlass restorations provide less wear to opposing dentition than porcelain because they are not as hard or abrasive. Studies from the University of Alabama have shown posterior restorations maintain polish and luster for 8 years, making it smooth, comfortable and long lasting.
Sinfony Composite from 3M ESPE
Sinfony is the most versatile restorative system on the market today. It has proven to be a successful choice for crown & bridge, laminates, inlays, onlays and implant restorations. Sinfony is a micro hybrid composite material. It is a Bis GMA/TEDGMA free, multifunctional resin matrix with a strontium glass filler. Sinfony is more wear-resistant than conventional composites but less wear-resistant than ceramic restorations. It will not fracture like porcelain and will not wear opposing dentition, yet it is extremely tough. Sinfony can be easily added to and repaired intra–orally. Polishing in the mouth is simpler compared with porcelain which loses its glaze when adjusted; Sinfony will regain its original luster.

Valplast Partials
By offering Valplast® flexible, esthetic partials, you provide your patients with the best esthetics and comfort in partial dentures. Valplast partials utilize a special material that provides the translucency of natural tissue. In addition, Valplast partials have metal-free clasping. Valplast's unique material resists chemical breakdown, providing a long-lasting, high-strength partial. In addition, stress is more naturally distributed in the mouth with Valplast partials, which means the remaining dentition stays healthier longer than with conventional partials.
Chrome Partial Dentures
Are you tired of grinding on metal rests and clasps? We believe that the same precision that goes into your crown and bridge labwork should be applied to the field of removable partial dentures. For example: Articulation: Unlike some chrome labs, we fully articulate all models, and run them through lateral and protrusive excursions. This will eliminate unnatural occlusal interference and reduce chair time. Anatomical Design: All of our occlusal metal surfaces, anterior facings and metal pontics are waxed to receive functional, anatomically correct designs. Teamwork: Since we are a full service laboratory, combination cases have better results. Implant bars, superstructures and attachment cases will have precise fit and sound engineering. Attention to Detail: All clasps are thin and tapered to provide resiliency and comfort, and highly polished internally to reduce the likelihood of wearing tooth enamel. Quality and Consistency: By casting with electronic induction, we carefully control temperature, preserving the alloy's physical properties and improving consistency. All of our castings are expertly crafted and are covered by our Full Unconditional 5 Year Guaranty.
Complete Dentures
Give your patients a life-like, confident & natural smile. Our dentures take into account the subtle variations of natural dentition and contours of natural tissue that make each patient unique. They accurately capture the patient's "personality" (age, sex, skin tone, facial features), smile lines, buccal corridors and embrasures. We recognize the pain staking effort that goes into taking accurate denture records and we will exert the same level of pain staking effort in articulating your records and honoring your prescription request. We view complete dentures as a true art form that deserves the same level of respect as a 16 unit bridge or a full mouth veneer case. Your patient’s prosthesis will never be regarded as, “just a denture”.
