Thank you for your interest in Synergy Dental Laboratories.  The easiest way to get started with Synergy Dental Lab is by enrolling in our "No Risk Trial".  This will allow you to test drive the profit potential that is available once you choose to invest in Synergy Dental Labs.

During the 60 day trial period, we are willing to escrow the potential profits on all the cases you choose to submit, as if you were already a co-owner. At the end of the trial period, these escrowed dollars are available as profits—once you become an investor. The more cases you send during this 60 day trial period, the more money you will accrue.

We recognize that trying out a new lab is filled with uncertainty and a certain amount of stress. Rest assured that we want to make this as stress-free as possible. To help us make this a mutual success, please go to our Resource Page and complete the Doctor’s Preferences Form. You may use your regular prescription forms or print forms from the Resource Page .  We are confident that you are going to be pleased.

60 Day Trial

Although this is a trial period, we need you to indicate the level of membership you are considering. Membership is available at two different levels: Standard and Premium. The Standard Membership offers a 15% profit return; the Premium Membership offers a 20% profit return. Premium Membership does include a larger initial investment and slightly higher lab fees.Please mark your membership level interest on the prescription form. Prescriptions forms may be downloaded and printed from our Resource Page.
